MOPA fiber laser produces true laser annealing on stainless steel and titanium — the black oxide mark required for UDI compliance and sterilization resistance. No material removal. Passivation layer preserved. Certificate of conformance available on request.

Technology
Most laser shops use standard fiber or CO2 lasers. MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) technology gives us precise pulse control — required for true laser annealing that produces a compliant, biocompatible mark without removing material or compromising the passivation layer.
If your OEM specifies laser annealing, a standard fiber laser shop cannot do it correctly.
