The Service Bureau Model
Think about how you handle anodizing or powder coating. You don't buy an anodizing tank. You find a shop, issue a PO, ship the parts, and get them back finished. Laser marking works exactly the same way.
You don't need to buy a laser ($30K–$100K+), hire an operator, validate the process, or maintain the equipment. The volume at most manufacturers doesn't justify the capital — and the machine still sits idle most of the day.
The service bureau model gives you the result without the overhead. Send us your parts and your spec. We mark them, you inspect them, they ship.
Marking is all we do. Your job is the floor priority — not squeezed in between machining runs.
What to Include
STEP, STP, SLDPRT, DXF, PDF, or a photo of the part. We accept most CAD formats. A clear photo works if you don't have a formal drawing.
Accepted: STEP, STP, SLDPRT, DXF, IPT, PRT, SAT, PDF, JPG, PNG
Part number, serial number, lot code, barcode, Data Matrix, logo — tell us what the print calls out or what you need on the part.
Material (stainless, aluminum, titanium, plastic, etc.) and how many parts — prototype quantity, production run, or recurring program.
Standard or rush. If you have a ship date, tell us. We'll confirm whether we can hit it before you commit the PO.
